The free communication tool for negotiating fair outcomes, even in challenging situations

Example:  Canadian Members of Parliament (MPs) choosing a Prime Minister and multiple cabinet members

Demo 2
Parliament members
choosing cabinet ministers

This very complex case demonstrates hypothetical Canadian Parliament Members (MPs) electing a Prime Minister and 7 cabinet ministers.  In this simplified example there are:

  • Four political parties
  • 12 MPs (named with only first names)
  • A limited number of nominees (named with only last names)
  • Eight positions being filled

Notice that the calculated results fill the positions with members from multiple political parties.  (The software does not even know about the existence of political parties.)  The fairness arises naturally, and avoids the need for rules that enforce political-party diversity.
